Every other workout includes a prop. If you do not have the prop in the video of the day you can do the workout before or after that does not have a prop. Over time, you can build your prop tool box. I rotate through them in perpetuity. These are my preferred props in order of importance on the mat: yoga blocks, yoga strap, resistance band, versa loop, magic circle, foam roller, something to roll with, and light hand weights. Quality matters and not all props are the same.The props listed are chosen for their longevity and how they influence the work. Yes, different props won't bring the same results. Props add both assistance and challenge to your time on the mat as well as cultivate results you typically can only get from larger, and significantly more expensive, pilates or strength & conditioning equipment in a studio or gym.
