Last week was big. Very, very big. It was one of the weeks we've been anticipating for this unprecedented astrological year of 2025. How did your body do with it? How did your mind and heart handle it?

Monday, March 31st:
- 🌖 Happy Mo(o)nday. As I said above, this week is quieter in the cosmos. It's a week to stay present, stick to the basics, and allow insight and clarity to continue to roll through. Keep a journal near when you wake up - dream time has been super charged and will continue to be as such.
There are healings to accept and messages to take note. Whatever new perspectives pop through, make mention of them somewhere; voice notes on your phone, journal, chat it out in the Unicorn Wellness Community, or for Magical Mentees, in our voxer group. Processing can look like so many things and this week gives us time to do so.
You may feel like pulling into yourself, or you may need safe spaces to bounce things around in.
Just yesterday (Sunday) Neptune moved into Aries for the first time in 160 some years. To say this is new energy is to distinctly underplay it, and the repercussions of the shift.
There are new dreams and delusions beginning in the areas of inner child, anger, and leadership...as well as an amplification of all things higher octave Aphrodite in the house Aries sits in, in your personal chart.
It's a lot. It's unknown. It seeks revolution. Something truly new is brewing.
We can't know how it will really flesh out, so stay the course. Focus on what you want, not on what you don't.
This week gives our systems; body, mind, and soul a bit of space to just feel it all. It's an opportunity to integrate rather than push away the energy. Welcome it in, be open to it. You might ask: What newness can I step into? It's probably going to do with your self confidence and capacity to lead.
Clarity and direction will come if we make clarity and direction welcome.
How do we do this?
▪️ Hydrate
▪️Meditate/Energy Healing
▪️Fuel will nourishing foods
▪️Rest plentifully
▪️Get on the mat
▪️ Put action towards what you want in your own life and in the collective.
▪️Starve what you don't want from your attention. (Don't consume it, watch it, retell it, stew on it etc).
Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.
Tuesday, April 1st:
- Last Day of New Moon Eclipse Energy. New moons ask us to go dark. They want us to Hermit away, meditate, rest and restore. If you've been feeling zapped and burnt out, please take today to do anything that can help you sip in or fill up your energetic stores. Tomorrow energy begins to return, and it will ask us to do more. If we're depleted when it does, it'll bring more burn out.
- Day 1 of Magic Ease - You'll need a magic circle for this workout. We're moving into our cycle of effort. Strength is calling. In this workout you'll see neck strength and release along with a classical pilates full body on the mat experience. This is a stem-to-stern experience.
Wednesday, April 2nd:

▪️Do your 5-Min Anti-Perfectionist Tapping under Energy Healings: Frequency.
▪️Take a 15 - 20 minute walk outside.

Friday, April 4th:
- Aphrodite's Day
It's time to ask: What does my inner goddess need in order to remember she is sacred, divine, and designed to receive? Lean in. Delight yourself in tiny or mighty ways. Whatever is accessible to you...just don't skip it.
- 🦄 Day 1 of Foundational Ease - No props needed for this workout! This is another classical pilates offering with a major focus on core with with my functional bodywork flair. You'll see crab reaches, crab rolls, headstand prep, headstand, and my flat back chair series. It's weird and wonderful, strong, and flies by.
Saturday, April 5th:
▪️Drink some water.
▪️Eat a vegetable.
▪️Use your 8-min Chakra Balance under Energy Healings: Frequency.
▪️Get on the mat.
Sunday, April 6th:
- Your weekly mantra:
I don't actually know how things will turn out.
I'm not supposed to.
Spiritual mysteries are just that...mysteries.
But I am committed to better.
I take action in the ways that I can for the things I want to see thrive and survive.
I put attention towards what I want to see protected and created.
Where attention goes, energy flows.
I pour my energetics to the new, better, creative, loving, protected, and peaceful.
