Hello My Magic Makers,
Last week was one of the biggest of 2025. Did you fasten your seatbelt? Pack extra snacks? Prepare for the plot twist?

This week is seemingly quiet AND it's full of wild cards. Yup, another one of those. Basically it's 2025. The sun shifts into Aries, and has two cazimis. It's a week to be aware of our vitality, where we shine, or where we don't.
This week:
Monday, March 17th:
- 🌖 Happy Mo(o)nday. Congratulations! We survived the first eclipse of the season. And like everyone's social media posts are saying...no, you're not crazy. It's Mercury Rx, Venus Rx, and we're in between eclipses. Things are shifting. They are changing. And they have not settled, sorted, or fully played out.
That's a 6 month process.
What we can do is keep things as simple as possible.
▪️Do NOT try to solve too far in advance.
▪️Stay present.
▪️Practice simplicity.
▪️Hydrate
▪️Move your body
▪️Meditate
▪️Eat Root veggies + add a handful of greens to every meal.
▪️Aim for toddler bedtimes.
Things ARE irregular. They will never be the same. Release nostalgia. Let go. Evolve. Move forward. We are living through the breakdown for the breakthrough. Kali is peeling all things untrue from our soul paths, timelines, lifetimes, and planes.
It feels vulnerable. It feels weird.
AND, it's for the better. For truth. For growth. For healing. For empowerment.
We will eventually pull diamonds from the rubble.
You're doing great. Rest, so you can keep going.
It came up in conversation with a friend this week to 'Keep crying and carry on' 🤣 I don't know why this delighted me so much (hysteria?). But, my Pisces moon was like..YES! I can off gas all the overwhelming emotions through a good cry one or multiple times a day and keep on keepin' on (in addition to rest, hydration, meditation, movement, talking it out with trusted humans, and doing what needs to be done).
It's super healthy to cry ya'll.
I hope you're taking breaks to process your feelings.
Remember, feelings are valid data points but they aren't facts.
Crying is healthy and releases cortisol (the stress hormone) and it's a natural elimination system of the body just like defecating and urination. It's necessary.
If you pride yourself on not being a crier...I'd get curious on how to support your vulnerability and inner child. After all, crying is the first thing we are wired to do. It's primal.
Crying isn't weak. That's a lie of the patriarchy to keep us unhealed and dysregulated.
Crying heals.
The major feelings will continue with all the water focus in the sky this year. Lean in. Learn into it.
Water is life.
The goal of healing is not to be happy all the time. The goal of healing is not NOT cry. The goal of healing is not to avoid or never be dysregulated.
It's to know how to process and navigate through the dysregulation so we can take action, help, and do things that support ourselves, and eventually the collective, to the better.

- 🚨Eclipse season + Mercury Rx plot twist. I'll be on Instagram through April. A friend of mine asked for my support with a project of hers, so I'll be there for that. This year is about community, and I'm willing to pivot, flow, and adjust a certain amount in honor to support the good work in the world. However...in May (maybe for my birthday 🤔?) You'll find me on Substack and Bluesky + our private community group. I'm already off Facebook. Full disclosure: I'm massively feeling the Year of the Hermit in terms of social media. I love connecting with you all here, on the pod, in our private community...but my drive to make 'content' or generate more noise is in hibernation. I won't fully build out substack and bluesky until I leave META. So yay for community projects and a little more time together in our comfort zone.

- ☀️♆ Sun conjunct Neptune. It's another cazimi! We had two cazimi's last week and we've got two more this week. There's a tiny parade through the Sun's car wash.
This aspect is interesting. Neptune takes 14 years to move through a single sign of the zodiac. It's been in Pisces since 2011 and the last time it had a conjunction with the sun was 2021.
This conjunction today is happening at the 29th degree of Pisces. Known as the anaretic degree - the last degree of a sign, the degree of fate, of karma, of release.
So...Neptune, god of the sea, governing our dreams and delusions, known to boost intuition, sensitivity, and empathy is getting a power wash and a boost of vitality just before it enters Aries for the first time since the 1860's.
What does this mean?
Well, it offers us a complete refresh of what we might dream into, removing delusions.
It can offer us new dreams and the clarity on how to bring them to fruition.
And, there's another wink of mystery and messaging here for this community, some prescribe to the narrative that Neptune is the higher octave of Venus. Venusian/Aphrodite beauty, pleasure, and FAFO is here...if it resonates with you...we might just move into manifesting what pleases us!
This a transit to keep an eye on. It's a wild card. Could go either way; blessing or challenge. But it's a big refresh in many ways. Neptune moves into Aries March 30th and this is another massive moment in 2025. This cazimi begins this particular moment of never-before-experienced in this lifetime energy. Get grounded. Stay focused. It brings magic possibilities.

- ☀️♈️ Sun enters Aries. Spring Equinox. Astrological New Year. HAPPY ASTROLOGICAL NEW YEAR! This is what I prescribe to as the true new year. All those things you've been evaluating, composting, sifting, sorting, seeing what works and what doesn't through the fall and winter? It's now time to put the assessments into action. Make the changes. Begin the shifts. Do the doing! Plant the seeds. This is the most supported time of the year for new endeavors to launch successfully and to stand the test of time. Also, happy birthday to my Aries sun's. Welcome home. Aries rising and moon's, you too are restored to your full capacity. ENJOY! Do something today to honor joy, potential, hope, and fresh starts. A little spring cleaning at home, in the office, or in your fridge....these are great and practical ways to honor the energy. Add fresh flowers to your altar. Simply say a prayer of gratitude that the sunshine has returned (in the northern hemisphere). Spruce something. We made it through the dark (fall and winter). And just like that, the wheel of life continues to turn.

It's time to ask: What does my inner goddess need in order to remember she is sacred, divine, and designed to receive? Keep it simple. Whisper a tiny prayer for more balance, stability, pleasure, joy, and peace in your day. Sip rose tea. Slather yourself in a comforting scent or lotion. Use your Aphrodite tapping or shaking in the Healing Frequencies portion of the UWS library. Whatever calls, just make sure to nod to Aphrodite today. Say thank you for her magic, her narrative, her guidance, protection, and badassery in the world.

- 🧘🏽♀️ Breathe. Drink water. Get on the mat and do the 5-Minute Frequency Reset.
Sunday, March 23rd:
- 🦄 Day 1 of Rainbow Flow - You'll need a set of blocks for this workout. Cork blocks preferred. You'll see sufi rolls for physical and metaphysical circulation amplification, a juicy bridge series for glute, hamstring, and low back strength, sidekick series for hip strength, boomerang, table tops into reverse plank, shoulder series, fish, and a big ole rainbow pike. This is a strong workout, but as always; listen to the cues, do what you can and leave the rest. Every video is a mixed level workout. If you stay open and just try to make the body connections from the cues I offer, you will absolutely surprise yourself as to what you are capable of.
- ☀️♆ Sun conjunct Venus. Our second cazimi this week! It's another special moment because it's happening in the Venus retrograde and the last time Venus was conjunct the sun was 2012. So it's been a minute since our lady Aphrodite got a power wash, reset, revitalization glow up from the sun. Yes, when two celestial bodies share the same spot in the cosmo's, it's a wild card. Could be a big ole blessing, could be a sizable challenge. And...I do prescribe to the narrative that a cazimi (conjunction with the sun) is always a restart, refresh, reboot...and personally I always think this is great.
It's like turning the energy (Venus) off and on again. It somehow just always works better after.
So all things Aphrodite are up for a deep cleanse today, and because of the current Venus retrograde. Things really are changing. The things that no longer serve us, no matter how committed to them we are, are up for removal. TRUST the clean up process. It absolutely is for the better, long term.
Maybe leave a little something extra for Aphrodite this week on your altar. A simple thank you works as well. She's doing a lot in the background for us right now and even if we don't understand, let's offer thanks and trust in her magic for our long term abundance and pleasure.
