Tandy’s cueing is incredible, it allows you to connect to your body in a way that isn’t just a workout. It develops a deeper relationship and acceptance of self. Tandy’s cueing and voice cultivate a space that is deeply personal, true embodiment, and functional body positivity. 

This is not a stock workout. This is macro & micro cycled personal training.

All of the workouts on Unicorn Wellness Studio are mixed-level classes. Listen to the cues, do the best you can, leave out what you can't (yet) and simply come back to press play 2 - 4xs a week.

If you get really stuck, connect with Tandy in the community group. Pilates is a technique and a process. Give it time for it to click. Then you'll be uttering Ohhh, I GET IT now! And embracing that it's a practice...not a perfect.
